Deschutes Public Library Storytime

Storytime is a staple of our weeks.  The Deschutes Public Library System has a great schedule with many opportunities for listening to stories and doing crafts.

Formats vary somewhat, but generally, the "teacher" reads three books, sings some songs, and helps the kids to get their wiggles out at appropriate intervals.  A simple--and often clever--craft project follows the formal story time.  Storytime is about 30 minutes long, with the craft taking another 15 minutes or so.

Schedules for the next three weeks at each branch are available from the links below.  There are some lulls in the schedule, but you'll typically see at least three activities per week at most branches.
