Ridge Sports Center Playground (Eagle Crest)

An ok playground in an uninspired setting. I hadn't realized that Eagle Crest included uninspired settings.  It's surprisingly blah. This is what the Soviets would have built if they were allowed to add green to their palette.

Okay, I'm being a little harsh.  This would be a nice playground if it were surrounded by a lawn.  I think it's the fences that give it that penitentiary yard feel.  It's also lacking benches.

There are drab tan fences bordering two sides, and horseshoe pits along another.  When your kids are finished playing, you can clean the pea gravel out of their shoes.

Or you could visit the identical playground next to the Resort Sports Center.  It's in a much nicer setting.
