From Bend Parks and Recreation: "Completed in October 2009, this park features picnic facilities, a playground, open lawn play areas, accessible pathways, and nature trails that wind through preserved natural areas."Harvest Park has a nice playground, good biking with some little hills, and a nice lawn.
Safety: My kids haven't found any ways to get themselves into trouble here. There is a small incline to get from the playground to the quiet street so running toddlers are easy to catch.
Restrooms: Seasonal port-a-potty.
