From Bend Parks and Recreation: "This small neighborhood park is set in an older subdivision located between Highway 97 and the railroad. The site has mature conifer trees and it borders the railroad tracks. A new playground was installed in 2007. The park is within walking distance of Genna Stadium and Kiwanis Park. On-street parking is provided."In our view, the best things about this park are the shade and the proximity to the railroad tracks (if we're lucky, a train will go by while we're playing and it will be the highlight of our boys' day.
