Paulina Park is located right next to the popular (and expensive--$25/adult, $20/kid age 4-17) SHARC pool complex. The year-round tubing hill is also adjacent to the park.
The play equipment is a bit sparse. There are two climbing rock structures, a couple of planks, some stumps and a slide.
Fort Rock Park has much more play equipment. I haven't had a chance to review it yet, but it's probably a better bet if you can only make it to one playground at Sunriver.
Parking: There is a large parking lot at the SHARC, but it can be full in the peak season. Like most everything in Sunriver, bike path access is great, and the biggest bike parking lot this side of Portland is located next to the playground.
Restrooms: Located in the building behind the slide.
